What the app is

Nu-mă-uita is a personal reminder and organizer — it helps you keep track of documents and subscriptions that have an expiry date and sends you notifications before they expire.

What the app is NOT

It is not an official source for confirming the status of your documents, and it is not affiliated with RAR, ASF, CEDAM, CNAIR or any other public institution. Automatic checking is a convenience, not a guarantee — the information may be incomplete or out of date.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for officially checking the status of your documents before making decisions based on them (especially before driving). You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter manually and for keeping notification permissions turned on.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”, without any guarantee of accuracy or of the timely delivery of notifications, which depend on factors outside our control (phone settings, battery optimizations, etc.). We are not liable for fines or losses resulting from expired documents that went unnoticed or from notifications that were not delivered.

Subscription and payments

The app has no accounts: you use it without signing up. Every feature is free right now, with no limits, and nothing can be paid for inside the app. If we ever launch a subscription, the price will be shown clearly beforehand, payments will go through Google Play or the App Store, and the change will be announced in the app in advance.

Stopping use

You can uninstall the app at any time — this deletes the data from your phone (a copy may remain in your Google backup, if you have it turned on). We reserve the right to discontinue features that depend on external sources if those sources change or stop their public access.
